Newark CCA Rule Change for 2010 - Bowlers

Please note the following rule change for the Newark Club
Cricket Alliance League for Season 2010.
No bowler is allowed to bowl more than 20% of the agreed number
of overs. Normally this is 40 overs per team. This equates to 8
overs per bowler (previously 10).
